The  VIPER-28H is a Hydraulic flange spreading tool kit used to separate flange joints for maintenance, Installation, testing and decommissioning. The kit contains a VIPER-28 spreading wedge tool, stepped blocks, safety blocks, stepped safety block, safety Lanyard, hydraulic pump and hose – everything that will be needed to operate the tool safely, it is packaged in a robust carry case for easy transport and storage. 

A very powerful and portable Hydraulic tool, the VIPER-28 is the correct hydraulic tool for large and medium sized flange joints but with the benefit of the narrow Jaw tip it can also be used on smaller flanges.

The VIPER-28P is a Hydraulic flange spreading tool kit used to separate flange joints for maintenance, Installation, testing and decommissioning. The kit contains a VIPER-28P spreading wedge Tool, stepped blocks, safety blocks, stepped safety block, safety lanyard and everything needed to operate the tool safely, The integral pump removes the requirement for a hand pump and hoses making the VIPER-28P very compact and ideal for use in remote or tight access areas or when assailing, it is packaged in a robust carry case for easy transport and storage..

The FSW17K is a Hydraulic flange spreading tool kit used to separate flange joints for maintenance, Installation, testing and decommissioning. The kit contains a FSW17 spreading wedge Tool, stepped blocks, safety blocks and safety lanyard but a hydraulic pump and hose will be required to operate the tool, it is packaged in a robust carry case for easy transport and storage.

The FSW17:

• Requires a minimum flange gap of 6mm (0.24”)
• Spreads the flanges with a parallel action ensuring a full 15mm Jaw step contact is maintained for safe and stable spreading.

The FSW17 produces a maximum spreading force of 163kN (36644lbf) when the maximum hydraulic pressure of 700bar (10,000PSI) is applied.

A powerful and portable Hydraulic tool, the FSW17 weighs only 7Kg (15.4lbs) and is the correct hydraulic tool for medium and small sized flange joints that require spreading.
