RenQuip RHINO-24P Hydraulic Flange Alignment Tools are designed to resolve misalignment in Wind Turbine Tower bolted flange joints.

During Wind Turbine Tower construction, assembly and installation, the RenQuip RHINO-24P can correct:

Bolt-hole misalignment
(when the tower sections of the turbine towers are not Axially aligned).

De-ovalizing
(when the flanges are not truly concentric to the axis of the tower due to deformation or manufacturing tolerances).

The RenQuip RHINO-24P can produce a maximum reaction alignment force of 240kN when the maximum hydraulic pressure of 10,000psi (700Bar) is generated in the tool.

Engineered for the Wind Sector but capable of aligning flanges across EVERY SECTOR!

The RHINO-24P uses a hydraulic cylinder to apply a force to the diameter of one flange and creates a reaction force on the bolt hole of the opposite flange. These forces push and pull the flanges into Alignment. A maximum reaction force of 240kN is produced when 10,000psi (700Bar) of pressure is generated in the hydraulic system through the integrated hand pump.

All RenQuip Alignment tools are designed to be used in conjunction with RenQuip Flange Spreading tools.

The Tool is lightweight and portable making it ideal for use in remote locations.

If more force is required multiple tools can be used.
