WJ19M – Hydraulic Lifting Wedge Jack Twin Tool and Pump Kit

The WJ19 tool is design to enter the gap below a load to push the load upwards to increase access for a secondary lifting/moving device or to enable levelling of the load / machine.

The WJ19 tools can be used in any orientation so they can also be used to push loads provided there is a suitable surface to react against often utilised in the construction industry for accurate alignment of sections.

They are also used in flange spreading and dismantling applications where there are dissimilar flange diameters or flanges connected to valve blocks.

It is highly recommended that multiple tools are used to ensure stability.

The WJ19 is actuated by hydraulic pressure that pushes a piston creating a linear force on the internal wedge – the internal wedge then forces the top plate of the tool away from the body creating a pushing force.

Using high pressure hydraulics allows the operator to generate very high spreading forces with a hand pump (please see the RenQuip pump range) – this removes the requirement for an external power source.
